Services for registered users

Registration as a member allows the user of the Sancho el Sabio Vital Fundazioa Foundation to access the different services provided by the institution for the preservation and dissemination of Basque documentary heritage. Some of these services are:

  • Consultation of preserved materials in their original physical format.
  • In-room consultation of the digitised historical press or on paper
  • Reservation of materials for in-room consultation through the catalogue.
  • Creation and maintenance of lists of materials or own bibliographies and downloading for integration in reference managers through the catalogue.
  • Access to restricted-access documents in the EMD Digital Library-Repository
  • Research repository and membership as a research user
  • Information and reference service in the study of Basque subjects
  • Information and reference service in the study of subjects about Vitoria-Gasteiz and Araba
  • Loan of documents for exhibitions
  • Donations from private libraries and archives
  • Communication and participation in activities related to the documentary collections.
